Customer Disservice

I got a call from my home security system company in St. Louis saying the phone connection seems to have gone out and to please check it. 

After waiting 70 minutes on the phone to speak with AT&T they said the problem is either inside or outside the house (one wonders how they narrowed it down), and not even one word of “sorry to keep you waiting so long” even after I mentioned I waited 70 minutes to get through.
